Cheryl acquired a Ph.D. in psychology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She is a certified Business Coach by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and a Member of the International Coach Federation.

Cheryl is a psychologist, executive business coach, and author of several books, including Job Success in 90 Days. She supports corporations, senior professionals, and business owners in achieving their goals through effective strategies. Before leading Accezy Empowerment, Cheryl was Managing Director of a successful consultancy serving clients across non-profit, financial, healthcare, and professional service sectors in the US, UK, and Europe.

She is also an entrepreneur and adjunct professor, teaching consulting, business, and psychology. She has developed her leadership skills through years of real-world practice and has lectured in master’s programs, including at the University of London. Her practical, results-driven approach gives her work a distinct edge.
